About Combine and our services
Combine is a LATAM hiring partner that connects global companies with vetted tech, product, and go-to-market talent across Latin America. Our services may include direct hire, executive search, outsourcing, hybrid payroll support, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and related advisory services.
We work with two primary audiences: companies seeking to hire talent, and professionals seeking career opportunities. Specific scope, timelines, fees, and deliverables for a hiring engagement are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement between Combine and the client company.
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing by Combine.
Eligibility and account use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services on behalf of yourself or an organization.
When you submit information through our website or communicate with our team, you represent that the information is accurate, complete, and that you have the authority to provide it.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials, documents, or access links shared with you as part of a recruitment process, and for all activity conducted through those channels.
Terms for company clients
When a company engages Combine for recruitment services, the commercial relationship is governed by the applicable service agreement in addition to these Terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Combine works on a success-based model for many hiring engagements, with fees typically calculated as a percentage of first-year base salary upon a successful hire. Payment terms, replacement guarantees, exclusivity, and role scope are defined in the signed agreement.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback on candidates, accurate role requirements, and lawful hiring practices. Combine reserves the right to decline or pause an engagement if a role, request, or process violates applicable law or our internal compliance standards.
Terms for candidates and talent
If you apply for a role, join our talent network, or participate in a Combine-led recruitment process, you authorize us to collect, evaluate, store, and share your professional information with client companies when relevant to an opportunity.
You represent that your résumé, portfolio, references, and interview responses are truthful and that you have the right to share any materials submitted to us.
Participation in our process does not guarantee employment, interview selection, or ongoing representation. Combine may retain your profile to match you with future opportunities unless you request deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or services. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or client processes.
Scraping, copying, or reselling candidate or company data obtained through Combine.
Using our brand, materials, or candidate shortlists for purposes unrelated to an authorized hiring process.
Harassing Combine staff, clients, candidates, or other users.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.
Intellectual property
All content on the Combine website (including text, branding, graphics, layouts, assessments, workflows, and software) is owned by or licensed to COMBINE GLOBAL RECRUITMENT and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and download content for personal or internal business use related to an active engagement with Combine. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.
Trademarks, logos, and product names displayed on the site may not be used without our permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Combine uses professional judgment, market expertise, and technology to support hiring decisions, but final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the client company.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every business purpose.
Combine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability related to any claim is limited to the fees paid by the relevant client to Combine for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Suspension and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time.
Either party may end an active recruitment engagement according to the terms of the applicable service agreement. Website access may be restricted if these Terms are breached or if continued access poses legal, security, or operational risk.
Sections that by nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the website should first be addressed by contacting us at luiz@combinegr.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of São Paulo, Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
