Your company enters into a contract with Combine, and we manage individual agreements with the professionals you hire. Each month, you receive a single, itemized invoice detailing salaries, fees, and approved expenses, such as travel or equipment.
If you choose to dismiss a professional, Combine will manage the entire process for you. Simply notify us of your decision, and we’ll handle the contract termination in accordance with the agreed notice period. We ensure a smooth and respectful transition while assisting in finding a suitable replacement to keep your operations running seamlessly.
The process begins with a partnership agreement, during which we discuss the candidate’s profile and your specific needs. We then provide a curated shortlist of qualified candidates for you to review and select from. Once you’ve made your choice, we handle the contracting process and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition. From there, we conduct regular follow-ups with you and the professional to ensure everything stays on track.
